Ensure your tenants live in a healthy home
Landlords must block gaps and holes in walls, ceilings, windows, floors and doors that cause noticeable draughts.
Gaps or holes with a width greater than 3mm that let air in or out of the home will require blocking to prevent draughts. If the edge of a New Zealand $2 dollar coin can fit in the gap, then it needs to be sealed.
